Shipping and Special Projects Assistant -
Part time: 15-25 hours week

At Taqtful, we work with companies to develop engaging business strategies, design high quality and scalable solutions, and build rich brand experiences. Within Taqtful, we have four divisions to help businesses grow. Within our digital marketing division, Cartesia, we manage social media channels, across all platforms. We build beautiful on-brand websites designed to drive brand engagement and streamline backend operations. In our Amazon and retail strategy division, Cora, we cultivate brand ecosystems on Amazon to ensure success. Our influencer network, Collaboration Nation, collaborates and helps influencers through educational resources, exclusive in-person events, and brand campaigns designed to help them create the best engaging content. At Charter, our licensing solutions division, we foster partnerships with licensors. We help companies navigate the property assets through the product development phase and we facilitate the approval process.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Process and ship out orders multiple times per week
  
• Manage orders and inventory in appropriate software
• Manage bulk shipping projects including receiving, purchasing supplies, etc.
• Manage and organize product storage facilities for efficient shipping processes
• Monitor and respond to customer service issues for multiple brands through customer service portal
• Monitor and track online content
• Support team on occasional projects and events

Requirements:

• Must have a car and driver’s license to commute between several company locations within Orange County, CA
  
• Proficient on a computer with strong familiarity with the Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) or equivalent
• Must be a self starter and capable of working independently
• Relevant work experience preferred
• Must be able to lift boxes weighing up to 45lbs
