Marketing Assistant / Coordinator

Within Taqtful, we have four divisions to help businesses grow. Within our digital marketing division, Cartesia, we manage social media channels, across all platforms. We build beautiful on-brand websites designed to drive brand engagement and streamline backend operations. In our Amazon and retail strategy division, Cora, we cultivate brand ecosystems on Amazon to ensure success. Our influencer network, Collaboration Nation, collaborates and helps influencers through educational resources, exclusive in-person events, and brand campaigns designed to help them create the best engaging content. At Charter, our licensing solutions division, we foster partnerships with licensors. We help companies navigate the property assets through the product development phase and we facilitate the approval process.

As the Marketing Assistant/Coordinator at Taqtful, you’ll be asked to collaborate with influencers to amplify Collaboration Nation’s campaigns. You will be working with brands such as Warner Brothers, Disney, Marvel, Viacom, as well as major retailers such as Amazon, Target, and Walmart. The Marketing Assistant/Coordinator will report to the Marketing Manager and will assist the team in supporting content creation and social media posts, administration and project management functions, and marketing creative services. We are looking for a highly organized and results-driven individual to play an important role and support Taqtful’s mission and vision together with the Marketing Manager.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Support administrative workflows
  • Assist in content creation and copywriting for social media posts
  • Review and maintain memberships within our Influencer Network
  • Work together with teammates to support and achieve marketing department KPIs
  • Provide support and coordination on projects, with the ability to quickly re-prioritize in order to meet deadlines
  • Coordinate and interface with other team members to develop and enhance brand messaging that is consistent throughout all channel
  • Collaborate on and assist with production of marketing materials, including presentation slides, emails, images, and videos
  • Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into summary presentations
  • Provide timely response and quality customer service to all marketing requests
  • Assist with ongoing updates and enhancements of corporate website

Skills:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, and TikTok)
  • Passionate in social media and marketing
  • Strong photo editing skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Able to prioritize and handle multiple projects at any given time while maintaining commitment to deadlines
  • Has an eye for design and trending aesthetics
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Sheets, Doc, Slides, Drive, Gmail)
  • Problem solving skills
  • Team player

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • 2 or 4-year degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English, or related major
  • 1+ year(s) administrative support experience
